Hello World 👋🌎! I'm Faizaan Khan, a passionate Software Engineer who loves to design, develop and maintain Software Applications. I'm a big fan of writing clean code and I vouch for constant code reviews.
I am skilled in all aspects of Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies (Agile is my favorite too!😊), Systems Design, Databases, Cloud Computing, API's etc. I'm also fond of Data Structures & Algorithms 😎. Well, infact Data Structures & Algorithms were my favorite topics in College.
What motivates me the most is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. I believe in the power of my work to contribute positively to the world around me. Whether it's solving complex problems, fostering innovation, or collaborating with a team to achieve shared goals, I find great satisfaction in knowing that my efforts can lead to tangible improvements.

Developed backend functionality to create a comprehensive management system for an axe-throwing business. Designed and implemented employee scheduling features to optimize staffing levels and streamline operations. Integrated time tracking functionality to accurately record hours worked by employees. Created modules for scheduling and managing employee training sessions to ensure staff competency and compliance. Implemented inventory management system to track axes, target boards, safety equipment, and other resources.
Developed backend microservices to create, manage, and update a comprehensive management system for vehicle history, status, inventory management, and other operations. Created new repositories using Spring Jakarta Persistence API (JPA) to update the vehicle history in AWS RDS and Apache Ignite Tables. Analyzed security measures by implementing authentication and authorization of the application using Spring Security, and OAuth.
Developed and deployed an internal application to enable business users to verify client payments. Designed RESTful APIs for retrieving payment data, applying verification rules, and updating payment status, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Integrated the application with a relational database enabling efficient storage, retrieval, and management of data.
